A new month is upon us, and though we do not have a specific theme for April, we do have some exciting things. You may already have noticed the new logo... It's only a slight variation on the previous one, and while I did like the old one quite fine, it did make use of copyrighted images. The more astute among you may have recognized them from the Disney Man in Space program. As I branch out into more and more projects, it seemed best to have a legally spotless logo.
The first of those new projects is something that we're very proud to present to you: the first Voyages Extraordinaires Anthology! As the aesthetics and premises of the Scientific Romance find increasing popularity in mainstream society through film, pastiche literature and "alternative" culture, it is unfortunately quite easy to lapse in remembrance of those stories that form the foundation of their modern imitators. The purpose of this anthology to provide a brief and attractive reader to acquaint the newly-interested with the classics of the genre, and to reacquaint the familiar with some old favorites.
This volume is a short 50 pages... 25 pages if you choose to have it printed imposed, that is, back-to-back. I would recommend that, since there is still something to be said for the feel of paper beneath your fingertips. However you read it, online or printed, we hope you will enjoy this free anthology.
